PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free service and enable price reduction of a skin state measurement device through effective use of data in obtaining results of analysis of measurement data transmitted to a server of a company for providing measurement data analysis services using a skin state measurement device.SOLUTION: When it is requested by a contractor client to obtain data registered in a database for measurement data, authentication is performed on the basis of a contractor ID entered by the contractor client. A retrieval level and an access level are also requested to retrieve the database for measurement data from a database for contractor on the basis of the contractor ID.
