PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to provide a user with service having a high added value.SOLUTION: A power management system includes: a content server 200 that is installed outside a user site and transmits content data to a user apparatus; and a HEMS 100 that is capable of communicating with the content server 200 and controls a load apparatus 15 installed in the user site. The HEMS 100 transmits power consumption of the load apparatus 15 to the content server 200, and the content server 200 transmits content data based on the load apparatus 15's power consumption received from the HEMS 100, to the user apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
