The present invention relates to a handgrip. More particularly, a pair of elevating members are elastically supported to a main body of the hand grip, thereby allowing a user to exercise the hand by parts. Also, a rotating member is arranged in the elevation member, thereby increasing stimuli to the hand, and growing flexibility of the hand. The handgrip comprises: a main body; a pair of elevating members elastically supported inside the main body; and a rotating member installed inside of the elevating member to be rotatable. |
