The present invention relates to an orthopedic locking metal plate screw and a robot pick-up system including the same, for preventing a nerve and a blood vessel proximal to a bone from being damaged while enabling the locking metal plate screw to be stably coupled, when the locking metal plate screw fixed to the bone. The screw includes a head part, a neck part connected to the head part, and a fixation part connected to the neck part, wherein an area of a cross sectional surface of the neck part is larger than an area of a cross sectional surface of the fixation part, and a latching sill is formed due to an area difference between the cross sectional surface of the neck part and the cross sectional surface of the fixation part. Accordingly, the nerves, the blood vessels and muscles located outside the bone are prevented from being damaged. |
