This problem can be solved by means of a device for analyzing and isolating fine particles, the device including a flow-path cartridge according to the present invention, a light radiating means, a detecting means for detecting fine particles of interest, and a force generating means, wherein there are formed in the cartridge: a sample reservoir coupled to a first flow path; a fourth branched flow path and a fifth branched flow path which are coupled to the first flow path; a number 3A reservoir coupled to the fourth branched flow path; a number 3B reservoir coupled to the fifth branched flow path; and a fourth reservoir which accumulates fine particles that have not been split off; and wherein each reservoir has a means for equalizing the air pressure inside the reservoir and the air pressure in an air-pressure control system in each device, and the flows in the flow paths within the cartridge are controlled by controlling the air pressure in each reservoir using the air-pressure control systems in each device.
