The present invention provides an optical transparent adhesive sheet having excellent environmental resistance with use of a thermosetting polyurethane composition that has excellent flexibility and is able to be formed into a thick film. An optical transparent adhesive sheet according to the present invention is formed of a cured product of a thermosetting polyurethane composition; and the thermosetting polyurethane composition contains a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component and a tackifier. The polyol component has an olefin skeleton; and the polyisocyanate component is a modified polyisocyanate that is obtained by reacting an aliphatic and/or alicyclic polyisocyanate having an isocyanate group with an ether compound having an ethylene oxide unit.
