PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hanger to and from which an article to be conveyed can be easily and manually attached and detached, by constituting a moving body for lifting conveyance by a general-purpose article. SOLUTION: In this suspending conveying device, a moving body 2 is a pair of hoists as general-purpose articles provided with traveling drive parts 8 to be suspended from a rail 1, hooks 9 for suspending a support base 4 and lifting driving parts 10, and a hoist loading panel 3 for control-connecting two moving bodies 2 is provided. A hanger part 5 is provided with hanger bearings 14 suspended from and fixed to the lower surface of the support base 4, rotatably provided hanger shafts 15, hanger arms 16, 17 suspended from and fixed to the hanger shafts 15, support parts 18 provided on respective lower ends in order to support an article to be conveyed 6, a handle 19 downwardly fixed on the outer side surface of the front hanger arm 16, and a balance weight 20 having such a weight such as to give the specified angular moment to the tip of an arm fixed to the upper left part of the hanger shaft 15 together with the right hanger arm 16.
