PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray material comprising less alkali amount and excellent in initial strength development, and to provide a spray construction method using the same. SOLUTION: This spray material containing a quick-setting agent and cement concrete is characterized by using, in combination, an acidic-liquid quick-setting agent which contains an alkali metal of 1-10 pts. per 100 pts. of a liquid quick-setting agent in terms of R<SB>2</SB>O, and an aluminum sulfate powder.
