PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car device, capable of shortening OH size of an elevator shaft. SOLUTION: This elevator car device is provided with a car 2 moving up and down in the elevator shaft 1, a suspension ceiling 7 provided at a ceiling part 5 of the car, a car side apron 16 projected from a car doorway side lower part of the car downward, an indoor unit 18 of an air conditioner provided between the ceiling part of the car and the suspension ceiling, an outdoor unit 19 of the air conditioner provided to adjoin the car side apron under a car floor 3 of the car, and an outdoor unit inspection port 24 provided on the car side apron that can be opened/closed from the landing side.
