PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method for realizing edit of a package file with a very small processing load and time. SOLUTION: The image processing method includes: reading only a data file being a data rewrite object among a plurality of data files included in the package file from a storage medium for storing the package file produced by packaging the data files, rewriting contents of the read data file, and applying re-packaging to the data file after the rewrite and the other data files not being the rewire object.
