PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication using both radio waves at different frequency bands regardless of further miniaturization. SOLUTION: Apart from an antenna incorporated into the body of a communication device, an antenna 111 is connected to the body of the communication device electrically and mechanically via a coaxial cable 136. Apart from a substrate on which the antenna of the body is provided, a substrate 140 on which the antenna 111 is arranged is provided. Further, a bottom board 151 connected to the ground of the substrate 140 is provided, and the ground to which the image current of the antenna of the body flows, and the ground to which the image current of an antenna 112 flows are provided independently. The above can be applied to the communication device for communication utilizing both of a radio LAN (Local Area Network) system and a portable telephone communication network.
