PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink which is composed of only materials acceptable to be add to foods or pharmaceuticals, and which is stably ejected and good in resolubility.SOLUTION: The inkjet ink contains a dye, a ceramic resin ethanol solution in which a ceramic resin is dissolved in ethanol, a cellulose-based resin and further ethanol for dilution, which are acceptable to be used in food additives or pharmaceuticals. The ceramic resin ethanol solution is adjusted to have an acid value of 80 mg to 85 mg and pH of 0.5 to 3.0 in 32 wt.% of ethanol solution. The inkjet ink is stably ejected and good in resolubility since its active value in the ethanol solution is decreased. |
