PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for evaporation diffusion process for reducing generation of deposition between an R-T-B system sintered magnet and a support, and a method for manufacturing the R-T-B system sintered magnet using the case for evaporation diffusion process.SOLUTION: An RH supply source and an R-T-B system sintered magnet are alternately arranged at multiple stages in the vertical direction via a support using a bar-like member. Thus, a case for evaporation diffusion process in which generation of deposition between the R-T-B system sintered magnet and the support is sharply reduced in comparison with a support such as a net in the lattice shape which is conventionally used, and a method for manufacturing the R-T-B system sintered magnet using the case are provided. |
