<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated steel material which is excellent in corrosion resistance and is capable of extending a corrosion resistance service life further. <P>SOLUTION: To a carbon steel material to be a base material, the pretreatment of cleaning the surface of the steel material, the metal layer deposition treatment of depositing a metal layer to the surface of the steel material, and the coating treatment of forming an organic coating layer as an upper layer of the metal layer are successively executed, and the coated steel material includes the metal layer for which at least one kind selected from metals and their alloys indicating a potential lower than the corrosion potential of carbon steel is non-continuously deposited at 0.1-10 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>on the surface and an organic coating layer containing an epoxy-based resin coating layer or a polyurethane-based resin coating layer preferably as the upper layer. Thus, the degradation of the organic coating layer is suppressed. Also, it is preferable that the metal layer deposition treatment is the treatment of projecting metal powder of the metals or alloys to the surface of the steel material, and thus the metal layer is non-continuously deposited to the surface of the steel material. It is preferable that the metals or the alloys indicating the potential lower than the corrosion potential of the carbon steel are Zn, Al, Mg and their alloys. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
