<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to simply acquire information best for oneself. <P>SOLUTION: A ticket gate device performing entry/exit processing on the basis of predetermined data recorded on a non-contact IC card comprises a non-contact IC card reader/writer and a control section.
