PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain drying device capable of predicting an average moisture value of grain after stopping a processing. SOLUTION: This grain drying device 10 can predict the average moisture value of the grain K changing with the lapse of time after stopping a drying operation, by correcting the average moisture value of the grain K on the basis of a ratio of immature grain in the grain K and kurtosis of a distribution of the moisture value of the grain K during the drying operation. Further the drying operation is stopped at a time when the average moisture value of the predicted grain K reaches the target average moisture value of the grain K. Thus the average moisture value of the grain K reaches the target average moisture value of the grain K, and excess drying of the grain K can be prevented after stopping the drying operation.
