PURPOSE: A waterproof sheet protecting material using high-density polyethylene and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the sheets rapidly and easily with light structure by combining stably the high-density polyethylene sheet with expanded resin foam. CONSTITUTION: A high-density polyethylene sheet(20) is attached on the top of expanded resin foam(10). The low density polyethylene(30) is attached on the bottom of the expanded resin foam. An adhesive(40) is applied on the bottom of the low density polyethylene. A base(50) is attached on the bottom of the adhesive. The high-density polyethylene sheet, the expanded resin foam, the low density polyethylene, the adhesive and the base are attached at the same time.
