The present invention relates to the technical field of communication networks and disclosed are a sub-band resource determining device and method for addressing the problem of how to ensure communication between a UE and a base station while saving user equipment costs or reducing complexity. The embodiment of the present invention determines a sub-band resource via sub-band resource information acquired by UE, and therefore can transmit data and/or control information according to the sub-band resource. The solution provided in the embodiment of the present invention is suitable for determining a sub-band resource. |
