PREPARATION METHOD FOR AEROMONAS LYSINE NANO-PORE CHANNEL AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for an aeromonas lysine nano-pore channel, comprising the following steps: (1) pretreating the aeromonas lysine; (2) preparing a phospholipid bilayer by using a pulling method; (3) forming the aeromonas lysine nano-pore channel to obtain a single aeromonas lysine nano-pore channel having a current of 50±5 pA. Also disclosed in the present invention are applications of the aeromonas lysine nano-pore channel prepared via the above preparation method in DNA sequencing, DNA damage and micro-RNA detection.
