The present invention relates to a medical continuity service system, comprising: a decision assistance system, which is embedded in a hospital information system and is used for retrieving patient information from the hospital information system and providing medical assistance information according to the medical history of and vital sign information about a patient; a management server, which is connected to the Internet; and a first net gap, which is used for unidirectionally transmitting the medical assistance information in the decision assistance system into the management server. Therefore, a patient is able to query medical assistance information in a decision assistance system in a hospital information system physically isolated from the external Internet, such that the compliance of the patient can be improved, thereby realizing a medical continuity service. |
