PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticoagulant agent which can selectively inhibit a pathologic blood coagulation reaction without increasing the risk of heavy bleeding.SOLUTION: The anticoagulant agent related to the invention contains a binding inhibition component which inhibits binding of LOX-1 to at least either one of factor V and factor Va.
