A semiconductor stack (18) for a converter (10) comprises two series-connected semiconductor switches (S1, S2); two terminals (14, 16) for connecting a cell capacitor (de), which are connected to one another by the two semiconductor switches (S1, S2); at least one cooling element (20) arranged between the semiconductor switches (S1, S2); a frame (22), by which the semiconductor switches (S1, S2) and the cooling element (20) are fixed to one another and which provides the terminals; and at least two snubber capacitors (Cc11, Cc12) which are mechanically fixed to the frame (22) and which are connected in parallel, are connected to the terminals and which in each case form a commutation loop (12, 12') with the semiconductor switches (S1, S2). |
