According to one embodiment, a solar cell module includes a substrate, a first upper electrode, a first lower electrode provided between the first upper electrode and the substrate, a lower intermediate layer including first to third lower regions, a first photoelectric conversion layer provided between the first upper electrode and the first lower electrode, a second upper electrode separated from the first upper electrode in a direction intersecting a first direction from the first lower electrode toward the first upper electrode, a second lower electrode provided between the second upper electrode and the substrate, and a second photoelectric conversion layer provided between the second upper electrode and the second lower electrode. The second upper electrode includes a first portion provided between the first photoelectric conversion layer and the second photoelectric conversion layer. The third lower region is disposed between the first portion and the substrate.

a substrate; a first upper electrode; a first lower electrode provided between the first upper electrode and the substrate; a first photoelectric conversion layer provided between the first upper electrode and the first lower electrode, the first photoelectric conversion layer including an organic semiconductor; a second upper electrode separated from the first upper electrode in a direction intersecting a first direction, the first direction being from the first lower electrode toward the first upper electrode; a second lower electrode provided between the second upper electrode and the substrate; a second photoelectric conversion layer provided between the second upper electrode and the second lower electrode, the second photoelectric conversion layer including an organic semiconductor; and a lower intermediate layer, the second upper electrode including a first portion provided between the first photoelectric conversion layer and the second photoelectric conversion layer in the direction intersecting the first direction, the lower intermediate layer including
a first lower region disposed between the first photoelectric conversion layer and the first lower electrode,a second lower region disposed between the second photoelectric conversion layer and the second lower electrode, anda third lower region disposed between the first portion and the substrate.
