Disclosed is a warming device using a phase change material (PCM), designed by creating a warming structure of which the PCMs are filled in a main structure of products having the certain size, thereby keeping a warm temperature lasting long without additional temperature regulation when using the warming device and thus maximizing warm massaging effects. In addition, user convenience also increases by getting rid of elements hazardous to human body such as electromagnetic wave exposure and also by reducing power consumption. |
