Provided is a tube heat exchanger tube-header sealing structure; the end part (5) of the drum section of the tube header is provided with a protruding header lip, a flat washer side-ring (72) is provided with a protruding washer lip, and the end part (5) of the drum section of the tube header is tightly sealingly connected to a membrane sealing disc (7) by means of the header lip and a washer lip; or, the flat washer side ring (72) is provided with a protruding washer lip, and the end part (5) of the drum section of the tube header is tightly sealingly connected to the flat washer side-ring (72) by means of the washer lip; or, the end part (5) of the drum section of the tube header is provided with a protruding header lip, and the end part (5) of the drum section of the tube header is sealingly connected to the membrane sealing disc (7) by means of the header lip. The sealing structure prevents damage to the end part of the tube header drum section and the flat washer caused by direct welding. |
