A composite light guide plate and liquid crystal display module thereof. The composite light guide plate comprises a light guide plate body (3 ') comprising a light incident side (31), a light emergent surface (32) and a back surface (33). The light emergent surface (32) and the back surface (33) of the light guide plate body (3 ') respectively have a first inclined plane(35) and a second inclined plane (36) at portions adjacent to the light incident side (31), wherein the first inclined plane (35) and the second inclined plane (36) are respectively in an angle of β (0 < β < 20˚) with a horizontal plane of the light guide plate, and the back surface (33) of the light guide plate body (3 ') has a composite reflection layer (37). The presence of the inclined plane leads to an increase in an optical path of a primary and total reflection of the incident light incident from a same angle and passing through the light guide plate, and a decrease in a number of times of the total reflection reflected by the light in the light guide plate having a same size, thereby reducing loss of light energy. |
