The present invention relates to a step measurement automation apparatus comprising: a load supply unit on which multiple clutch hubs are stacked and loaded; a measurement position adjustment unit installed behind the load supply unit so as to adjust the measurement position of the clutch hubs being transferred; a measurement/examination unit installed behind the measurement position adjustment unit so as to measure the height and thickness of the transferred clutch hubs, the measurement position of which has been adjusted by the measurement position adjustment unit, and thereby determine the normal or defective status thereof; a screening unit installed behind the measurement/examination unit so as to sort and transfer the clutch hubs according to the normal or defective status of the clutch hubs transferred from the measurement/examination unit upon completion of the measurement; and a transfer unit for transferring the clutch hubs from the load supply unit to the measurement position adjustment unit, from the measurement position adjustment unit to the measurement/examination unit, and from the measurement/examination unit to the screening unit, wherein the height and thickness are compared with reference numerical values after being measured by means of a sensor from above and below the stepped parts being processed while the clutch hubs are consecutively transferred, and the clutch hubs are then sorted into normal and defective products and automatically separated. |
