PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspensory carrying device which can cope with even a slant angle with 30 deg. and 45 deg., while being a common compact constitution. SOLUTION: A hanger device 30 is constituted by an upper hanger frame 31 installed on a moving body 10, a lower hanger frame 35 installed front/rear swingably around the width direction axial center 37 for the upper hanger frame 31 and a carried article support body 40 provided on the lower part of the lower hanger frame 35. When the moving body 10 is entered in a slant route, the lower hanger frame 35 is swung around the width direction axial center 37 and the lower hanger frame 35 maintains a hang down posture even if the moving body 10 is slanted. Only lower hanger frame 35 is swung and the height interval between the support level by the carried article support body 40 and the lower surface of the moving body 10 becomes only a little narrow and is not changed largely in comparison with a horizontal route and the clearance between the lower surface of the moving body 10 and the upper surface of the carried article can be ensured sufficiently.
