A system for transmitting stock information comprising an information database (26) for storing conditions concerning information of the price of a specified stock requested from the terminal of a client connected with a network (21) and corresponding mail address of the client, a stock price storage server (27) for storing the market price of a specified stock while updating, a conditions detecting server (28) for detecting whether conditions stored in the information database are satisfied using the price of a specified stock stored in the stock price storage server, and a stock price informing mail server (29) for transmitting e-mail to the mail address of the client corresponding to the conditions when the condition detecting server detected that the price of a specified stock satisfied the conditions.
