A microphone circuit is provided to enhance reliability of a mobile terminal and to reduce component damage by improving electrostatic discharge characteristics of the mobile terminal. A microphone portion(310) includes plural output terminals and receives an audio signal. A plurality of signal lines(320,330) are connected to the plural output terminals of the microphone and deliver the audio signal. The signal lines are grounded at both a non-separated ground and a separated ground. A plurality of ESD(ElectroStatic Discharge) protecting elements(340,350) are implemented between the plural signal lines and the non-separated ground. The ESD protecting elements deliver an applied ESD to the non-separated ground.
