A door lock with an alarm device is provided to control a rotation of a key box and to generate an alarm sound when a key box is unlocked. A door lock(100) having an alarm device includes a dead bolt performing a function of a locking latch of a door. A key box(202) locks or unlocks the dead bolt through a rotation motion. A key box restricting device(300) restricts and releases the rotation of the key box(202). A detection part(400) generates an unlocking signal when a rotation restriction of the key box(202) or the dead bolt is unlocked. An output part(500) informs an unlock of the rotation restriction of the key box(202) or an unlock of the dead bolt to an exterior when an unlocking signal is applied from the detection part(400).
