<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a client personal computer to acquire image data from an image data creation device without unnecessary labor. <P>SOLUTION: The image data creation device 1 transmits a list of image data in response to a request of the personal computer 2. The personal computer 2 selects prescribed image data from the list of image data and requests the image data creation device 1 to acquire the data and to provide a list of function information. The image data creation device 1 transmits to the personal computer 2 the function information list workable in the device via a data communication part 16. The personal computer 2 selects necessary work conditions from the function information list to transmit them to the image data creation device 1. The image data creation device 1 reads selected image data from a data accumulation part 13, performs conversion processing such as file format conversion or the like with them according to the work conditions selected by a data conversion part 14, performs processing such as gamma compensation at a data processing part 15, and transmits the processed image data to the personal computer 2 from the data communication part 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
