The present invention relates to an icefree tap installed on the ground and, more specifically, to height-adjustable insulating pipe and cover for an icefree tap, which enables users to adjust the height of the pipe and the cover in accordance with an icefree tap installed on the ground and to install the pipe and the cover in accordance with the height of an existing icefree tap and has excellent thermal insulation features. To achieve this, the height-adjustable insulating pipe and cover for an icefree tap include: an elevating insulation pipe and a fixating insulation pipe to protect and insulate an icefree tap and a water pipe inside the icefree tap; and an insulation cover or lid for the use and insulation of a faucet and a main valve handle to be joined to the top of the elevating insulation pipe. An insertion protruding piece of an elevating guide device is inserted into an insertion engaging groove of an elevation slide groove to be engaged and fixated when the elevating insulation pipe is inserted into the fixating insulation pipe to be lifted and rotated to the right in accordance with the height of the icefree tap in order to allow the height adjustment and facilitate the installation. |
