<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fine spherical zeolite fuel-treating agent which has a large compression strength, even when having a large fine pore volume or a small particle diameter, and has excellent flowability, abrasion resistance, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This fine spherical zeolite fuel-treating agent is characterized by carrying one of the ions, metals and metal oxides of one or more elements selected from the group IB, the group VIII and the group lanthanide in the periodic table on zeolite molded articles which comprise zeolite and a binder and have an average particle diameter (D) in the range of 0.3 to 5 mm, fine pore diameters in the range of 30 to 500 nm, a fine pore volume (PV) in the range of 0.1 to 0.6 ml/g, an average compression strength (N) in the range of 2 to 30 N(Newton), and an average compression strength index (C) represented by the following expression: C=N×PV/D in the range of 1.0 to 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
