<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with high capacity capable of improving battery characteristics like a cycle property. <P>SOLUTION: A negative electrode activator layer 12B includes at least one kind out of a group including single body, an alloy, and a compound of silicon or tin which can form an alloy with Li. The negative electrode activator layer 12B is alloyed with a negative electrode current collector 12A manufactured by a vapor phase method, a liquid phase method. A separator 15 is impregnated with an electrolyte liquid containing an anion expressed by [PF<SB>a</SB>(CH<SB>b</SB>F<SB>c</SB>(CF<SB>3</SB>)<SB>d</SB>)<SB>e</SB>]<SP>-</SP>.
