The present invention relates to a dimming control apparatus which controls brightness of lamps based on a schedule set for time periods. The dimming control apparatus for lamps based on time schedule: corrects a real time clock (RTC) based on time of loaded sunset time information or by calculating turn-on time and turn-off time if sunset time information, date, and RTC information which are loaded satisfy a preset condition; and controls the lamps to be dimmed for each time period based on the time information of the corrected RTC.
