PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for a digital camera, the attachment being designed so as to allow framing while checking a parallax-free subject image in a stable position. SOLUTION: In the attachment 10, an opening 12 is made in the front face of an attachment main body 11 serving as a housing, and an engagement part 14 is formed on the underside of the projection 13 jutting out forward. By engaging the engagement part 14 with an accessory shoe 24 formed on the upper face of the camera main body 21 of the digital camera 20, the attachment 10 is fixed to the camera main body 21. Using mirrors 16a and 16b, serving as reflecting optical members, disposed in the attachment main body 11, the light of a subject image displayed on an LCD 25 disposed in the rear face of the digital camera main body 21 is guided to an eyepieces 15 disposed on the rear face of the attachment main body 11.
