PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic operation device which can precisely and accurately treat a treatment object portion by using ultrasonic vibration.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic operation device comprises: an ultrasonic vibrator; a transmission member; a treatment part; and a sheath in which the transmission member is inserted, which includes a hollow body part having a tip part and a base end part, the tip part positioned in the vicinity of the tip of the treatment part, and linearly extending along the direction of the longitudinal axis toward the base end part, an opening for exposing a treatment region of the treatment part by notching a part of the side surface of the body part in a direction of the base end part from the tip of the body part, and a wall part extending in a direction intersecting with the longitudinal axis from the tip of the body part and forming a prescribed space between the tip of the treatment part and itself. When the sheath is viewed from the tip side of the sheath, the treatment part is always arranged in a projection plane of the tip part of the body part. |
