PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical device including a shaft including an outer member and an inner member slidably housed in the outer member, a handle connected to the shaft, and means connected to the inner member for imparting an operation to the inner member, and a method for restoring a tissue.SOLUTION: A surgical device 10 includes: a shaft 11 including an outer member 11a, and an inner member slidably received inside the outer member; a handle 12 connected to the shaft; means connected to the inner member for operating the inner member; and an anchor assembly 14 connected to the surgical device. The anchor assembly includes an anchor having a cavity, and an insertion member received inside the cavity, and the means is used for restricting the magnitude of the torque that acts on the insertion member. |
