The decoration stand (7) has a U-shaped profile in cross section of the stand and comprising a plate-shaped on-board plate with two parallel rectangularly arranged side rods that are formed in one-piece or multi-piece. Each side rod has a profile width viewed in depth and thin breadth and adapted to soffit masses of a window (1) or breadth of a windowsill (6). The on-board plate is provided with perforations, into which flowerpots (8) are insertable, and the perforations are provided with different diameters. The stand is made of colorless plastic or glass.
