Provided is a cyclic shift sequence generation method which can prevent input of an interference wave into a detection window of a desired wave and improve the channel estimation accuracy in a base station. In this method, when the mutual correlation between sequences in a sequence group to be allocated to the base station is low, a small cyclic shift interval ?1 is set between the sequences. On the contrary, when the mutual correlation between the sequences in the sequence group to be allocated to the base station is high, a large cyclic shift interval ?2 which is greater than ?1 is set between the sequences. By using the cyclic shift interval ?1 or ?2 thus set, a cyclic shift sequence is generated as a reference signal. |
