<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film piece manufacturing method which, in punching a film piece as a product from a strip-like film, can improve the area yield of the strip-like film as the punching object without lowering the yield of the punched film piece. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, a strip-like film is punched at a prescribed feeding pitch to obtain a plurality of film pieces from the strip-like film. The manufacturing method is characterized in that a cut line formed by one punching is permitted to be a part of the outline of the film piece and, when the cut lines are combined by repeating such punching two times or more at the prescribed feeding pitch, the entire outline of the film piece is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
