An electronic passport case is provided, which prevents the personal information of an owner from being taken out from the electronic chip which is built in the electronic passport. An electronic passport case comprises: an electromagnetic wave shielding layer(120) which is formed in order to cover the electronic passport(10) and prevents the electromagnetic wave from reaching the electronic chip(20) which is built in the electronic passport; magnetic material(130) which is made of the material having the magnetism between the electromagnetic wave shielding layer and the electronic chip; and a spacer layer(140) forming the separation distance between the electronic chip and electron wave absorption layer.
