PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device and a method fabricating the same are provided to improve process efficiency while reducing the thickness of an organic light emitting diode by installing a sealing layer blocking an oxygen or moisture from the outside. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a first electrode(110) is arranged on a substrate(100). An organic light-emitting layer(120) is arranged on the first electrode. A second electrode(130) is arranged on the organic light-emitting layer. A sealing layer(140) includes a microlens unit(140a) while covering the substrate having the second electrode. The sealing layer is formed from a composition including a liquid polymer precursor. An auxiliary sealing layer is arranged between the second electrode and the sealing layer, and it is formed with an inorganic material.
