CONSTITUTION: A mobile telephone 10 comprising a display 14 establishes radio communication of a dormant system with a base station (100). In the case that a first function (62) or the like is executed by user operation, the mobile telephone 10 transits to a dormant state after keeping an active state when a communication period in the radio communication ends.
