PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use thermal energy and electric energy.SOLUTION: An electro-thermal integration type EMS (Energy Management System) comprises: a communication unit communicably connected with a sensor group 22 for detecting states of a thermal energy source 3 and electric energy sources 15, 16, a thermal energy utilization unit using thermal energy, and an electric energy utilization unit using electric energy; a state acquisition unit for acquiring each of states of the thermal energy source, electric energy sources, thermal energy utilization unit, and electric energy utilization unit; a determination unit for determining an energy utilization method for either or both of the thermal energy utilization unit and electric energy utilization unit, on the basis of a predetermined condition and the respective states acquired by the state acquisition unit; and a control output unit for transmitting a control signal for implementing the determined energy utilization method to either or both of the thermal energy utilization unit and electric energy utilization unit. |
