PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor in which stress loaded to both axial-direction ends of a stator is reduced and besides, noise generation can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A motor 10 includes: a shaft 11; a rotor 12 externally fitted onto the shaft 11; a stator 13 disposed on an outer circumferential side of the rotor 12; and a housing 20 for holding the stator 13 at an inner circumferential surface 20a of the housing 20. A coefficient of linear expansion of the housing 20 is larger than a coefficient of linear expansion of the stator 13. A radial-direction thickness of the inner circumferential surface 20a of the housing 20 is thinner at both axial-direction ends than a thickness at an axial-direction intermediate portion. |
