PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interchangeable lens unit capable of correcting for focus shifts with temperature variation by employing an optimal driving method regardless of a projection display device (main body) used therewith.SOLUTION: An interchangeable lens unit 106 is removably used with a projection display device 101, and includes a lens position detection part 111 for detecting a position of a lens, a lens driving part 110 for moving the lens, a temperature sensor 112, a control part 107, and temperature correction driving means configured to determine the amount of lens position correction from an output of the temperature sensor 112 and make the lens driving part 110 move the lens in accordance with the amount of lens position correction, where the control part 107 successively activates the temperature correction driving means at the timing determined thereby.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
