PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a game progress by reading data recorded in cards.SOLUTION: A card game device 10 comprises two pieces of large-sized panel displays 12, a main control part 14 for controlling display of the large-sized panel displays 12, and a plurality of terminal devices 16a to 16h communicably connected to the main control part 14. A player purchases an IC card 18 and eleven player cards 20 with respective soccer player photos printed thereon. When the player cards 20 are arranged by the player on a player card arrangement panel 24 of the terminal device 16, an internal image sensor reads card data recorded in the rear surface of the player cards 20. Then, data of players to constitute a team are created from the respective card data to start a game.
