PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiator capable of easily and certainly suppressing illuminance in a portion with high illuminance continuing in parallel with a longitudinal direction of a linear light source.SOLUTION: An irradiator 1 comprises an ultraviolet lamp 10, a main reflection plate 12 in which a reflection plane for reflecting light of the ultraviolet lamp 10 is formed with a plane extending in a longitudinal direction of the ultraviolet lamp 10 and a plane extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction on both ends of the plane extending in the longitudinal direction, and an auxiliary reflection plate 14. A work piece 2 provided directly under the ultraviolet lamp 10 is irradiated with direct light of the ultraviolet lamp 10 and reflection light of the main reflection plate 12 and the auxiliary reflection plate 14. Linear light shielding members 21 to 23 extending in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the ultraviolet lamp 10 are arranged between the ultraviolet lamp 10 and the work piece 2 so as to shield light for suppressing illuminance in a portion with high illuminance in the work piece 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
